More than 2 years ago, the Board of Directors initiated the process to update our HOA’s Restrictive Covenants & Bylaws.

In coordination with our attorney, Wren Foster, we have made vital improvements and updates to clarify procedures, and conform with State law.

It is now time for you to vote. Moreover, I am asking you -- and all HOA members -- to approve these updates.

  1. 1.Prepare an email to: and put “HOA VOTE” in the Subject Line.

  2. 2.In your email, provide your name and home address, so we can properly record your vote.

  3. 3.Please also provide a phone number, so we can update our HOA records.

  4. 4.Most importantly, cast your vote to by writing either “APPROVE” or “DO NOT APPROVE” in your email.

1. Election of new officers for 2020. 

2. Meet our new Austin Police Department Representative, because Austin Police Officer Joe Hebbe has retired. 

3. Discuss the updates to our rules and guidelines and see the vote tally. 

4. Get your feedback about the road humps, now that they've been installed. 

5. Hear an update on the Great Hills Country Club construction; and

6. Take your questions and discuss any other HOA issues.
