Building Guidelines and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

If you have plans to significantly change the appearance of your yard or home, such as painting it a new color, building a fence or privacy wall, adding a storage shed, or putting in a new deck or addition to your home. In many cases, approval from the ARC is mandatory.

Contact the Architectural Review Committee Before You Build

Please contact the Chairman of the ARC to ask questions about the HOA guidelines.

Committee Chairman Rory Foster can be reached at acc@ghhassociation.org.

In fact, it’s best to contact the ARC for advice and assistance when you are in the planning stage. We can help you with the scope of your project and alert you to any potential issues, which can save you time and money.

Together, let’s keep making our neighborhood a beautiful, enjoyable place to live.
