We are happy to provide a resale certificate for purchases or refinances of property within our HOA.
Please gather the following information for us:
Buyer's Name(s)
Buyer's Email Address(S)
Closing Date
Then email that info to: info@ghhassociation.org
The Great Hills Homeowners Association has a simple fee structure:
$375 when a home is Sold or Transferred to a New Owner
$100 when a home is Refinanced
That’s it. No other monthly dues. Payment to the HOA is required at closing.
